88cuci Terms and Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules, rights and responsibilities binding all users of the 88cuci platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and 88cuci ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement covers all services offered by 88cuci, including but not limited to online slots, live casino, sportsbook, and all player account-related activities.
1.2 Amendments to Terms
88cuci reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this document at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on the official website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment means you accept the amended terms.
2.1 Age Limit
Participation in any gambling activity on the 88cuci platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. Players found to be below this age limit will have their accounts closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited. 88cuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
2.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is only allowed one active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using a different name, email, mobile number or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts will be terminated and funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
Players are required to provide true, accurate and up-to-date information during registration. This includes:
- Full name as stated on the MyKad or a valid identification document
- Correct identification card number (MyKad)
- An active mobile number and reachable email address
- Accurate bank account or e-wallet details for payment purposes
3.1 Deposit Methods
88cuci accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
3.2 Withdrawal Requirements
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour after the request is approved by our team. 88cuci reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, including proof of identity or relevant supporting documents.
3.3 Payment Account Verification
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same player's name. Transfers to third parties are not permitted. If there is a name discrepancy, 88cuci reserves the right to place the withdrawal on hold until verification is completed.
💡 Bonus Calculation Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → balance RM300 → wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000 must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM1,000 → balance RM2,200 → wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
The 88cuci welcome bonus offers a 200% match on the first deposit up to a maximum value of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the value of the bonus received. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
4.2 Prohibition on Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements, or methods deemed as misuse — may result in bonus cancellation and account closure. 88cuci's decisions in such matters are final.
4.3 Bonus Validity Period
Each bonus received has a set validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus and any associated winnings will expire automatically. Players are encouraged to check the wagering requirements at the time the bonus is received.
5.1 Prohibited Activities
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the 88cuci platform:
- Fraud, identity falsification or money laundering
- Use of third-party software, bots or automation to gain an unfair advantage
- Hacking or attempting to attack the platform's security systems
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Any action that may compromise the integrity of the platform or other players
5.2 Compliance Actions
If 88cuci detects or suspects any prohibited activity, the platform reserves the right to take immediate action including: freezing the account, withholding withdrawals while an investigation is carried out, cancelling bonuses, or permanently closing the account. All such actions may be taken without prior notice.
6.1 Personal Data Protection
Personal information collected during registration and use of the platform is handled in accordance with the separate 88cuci Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to the data processing terms as stated in our Privacy Policy.
6.2 Account Security

6.3 Platform Limitation of Liability
88cuci is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, game outcomes, or events beyond the platform's control including the player's internet connection issues, device failure, or unforeseeable circumstances. 6.4 Governing Law
